Check in was smooth, we got in past midnight. Bit of a hiccup where the sofa cushions were haphazardly placed all over the hall, thankfully housekeeping was sent asap to rectify the situation. Breakfast was good, a fair spread of Middle Eastern and continental dishes, and the rotation was decent since we were there for 2 weeks. Housekeeping staff were really good, and polite. They did a lovely job doing up our room for my birthday and it was really appreciated so thank you to Husnain, Deepak, Jiten. WiFi was super good. Location is right in the heart of JBR, so walking down to the beach was just about 5 minutes, and plenty of restaurants all around. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next visit.

Location was prime ,JBR Road and 2 min to sea and beach .Size of suit was great with 3 bathroom that was so clean . Concierge were so polite and friendly and supportive .

Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk to the beach just on ⁷The Walk, restaurants and everything you need just around the corner. We booked 1 bedroom apartement but were upgraded to double bedroom apartement with balcony wich is very large and has two bathrooms. Some of the equipement was little bit dated but funktional and everything was clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Towels and umbrella to the beach is extreamly usefull. Pool is ok and we appreciated playground for kids. Breakfast is good, every day was something new even though the basics remain the same. Thank you for perfect stay in your hotel.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel with my two children, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect everything was within walking distance, from delicious food spots and great coffee shops to the stunning beach. It made exploring the area so easy, especially with kids. The apartment itself was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, spotless every day, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. They were beyond friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference in our trip. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and family-friendly stay. Five stars all the way!

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, excellent location. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, the beach towel service is great and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also there are 24/7 store and a pharmacy right next to the hotel.

I loved location of the hotel and the one bed suite I got which had a 270 degree view giving me a good and comfortable view and also a perfect spot for some me time. My children also loved it since they could freely play in there and also loved the view of the marina walk and also all the boats passing by. The swimming pool, kids play area, the breakfast and overall hospitality and warm attitude of the staff made the trip memorable for us and for the kids.
